Leasing Associate

The Leasing Associate is an inside sales position responsible for interacting directly with prospective and current commercial tenants via email, chat, and voice. Key activities include answering questions, setting appointments, generating and coordinating the execution of lease, license, and renewal documents. This position works closely with and supports the on-site leasing team, providing real-time and off-hours assistance to meet leasing targets, manage customer relationships, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
